Greenstreams volunteer sessions have restarted in earnest, having been stopped several times as a result of restrictions imposed by the pandemic. In December we started work in partnership with S2R (Support to Recovery) at Snow Island.
The wildflower meadow was in desperate need of cutting and raking off, to ensure the wildflowers were not swamped by grasses. We also tidied up the gateways and the footpath.
We are pleased to have started work with S2R and grateful for the help of all the volunteers. Our next session will be at Milnsbridge on the 22nd December. For more details contact us.
