Environmental Projects in Kirklees (EPIKS) is looking for a dynamic, flexible and experienced Organisation Manager to lead our dedicated team and help deliver a range of exciting and innovative environmental projects across Kirklees and the South Pennines.

This role offers the opportunity to guide diverse but interconnected projects that improve nature conservation, support active travel and expand access to greenspaces. You’ll play a key role in strengthening EPIKS’ long-term sustainability by ensuring effective project delivery and helping secure future workstreams. You’ll be supported by a team of skilled and committed staff, along with volunteer non-executive directors. Our office base is in Huddersfield, with projects across Kirklees and the South Pennines, and opportunities for flexible working.

We’re looking for someone with a proven track record in programme and project management, alongside a strong understanding of environmental and community-focused work.
